Yes. Palermo Cathedral and the Norman Palace are about 700 metres away — less than a 10-minute walk. The Cassaro (Corso Vittorio Emanuele), Palermo’s main historic axis, is reachable on foot via Porta Nuova, which stands practically opposite the entrance to the neighbourhood. The Pretoria Fountain and the pedestrian shopping area are about 1.2 km away.
Is there a lift?
No. The apartment is on the third floor and the staircase has no lift. The stairs are in good condition and will soon undergo renovation work. It’s important to bear this in mind if you’re travelling with very bulky luggage, elderly guests, or anyone with reduced mobility.
Is a transitory lease agreement possible?
Yes. For work stays, group assignments or extended stays, we issue transitory lease agreements duly registered with the Italian Revenue Agency. The document is valid for company reimbursements and the administrative procedures connected to the stay.
