Do you provide a registered rental contract for visas or company reimbursement?
Yes. For medium-to-long stays we issue a transitory lease (contratto di locazione transitoria), lasting from 1 to 18 months and registered with the Italian Revenue Agency. It is a genuine, legally valid contract accepted for company expense reports, fiscal-residence purposes and visa applications, including the Italian Digital Nomad Visa.
Is the Wi-Fi fast enough for remote work and video calls?
Our apartments are selected for real work rhythms, with tested fibre connections suitable for continuous remote work, video calls and large file transfers. Actual speed varies by apartment — Casa al Borgo, for example, runs on a measured 145 Mbps line. Ask us for the tested speed of the specific apartment you are considering before you book.
Are the apartments suitable for Erasmus and international students?
Yes. We select practical places that work from day one: livable spaces, an equipped kitchen, a stable connection and neighbourhoods that make getting around Palermo easy. Do you charge booking or agency commissions?
No. You deal directly with the hosts, with transparent terms and no agency commission on the booking. We tell you clearly what is included before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

Every legitimate short-term rental in Sicily carries official registration codes — the national CIN and the Sicilian regional CIR — which you can ask for and verify. Where available, apartments offer 24/7 self check-in with a keypad, so you can arrive on your own schedule. You receive clear arrival and access instructions before you travel, and you can reach us directly if anything is unclear on the day.
Where are the apartments located?
Most apartments are in Palermo’s historic centre, within walking distance of landmarks such as Porta Nuova, the Cathedral and the Norman Palace. Some sit just outside the limited-traffic zone (ZTL) with street parking, while Casa di Piera is set near the Ri.MED centre, Carini and the airport — convenient for arrivals and for stays outside the city core.
Can I bring a pet?
Some apartments are pet-friendly — Casa al Borgo, for instance, accepts pets for a small supplement. Since policies differ by apartment, let us know you are travelling with a pet and we will confirm the options and any conditions for your dates.
