What is the minimum length of stay?
Casa al Borgo is available for short, weekly and monthly rentals. There’s no fixed minimum: contact us for stays of any length and we’ll propose the most suitable terms.
Is a regular transitory lease agreement available?
Yes. For medium-to-long stays we issue transitory lease agreements duly registered with the Italian Revenue Agency. The document is valid for company reimbursements, visa applications (including the Digital Nomad Visa) and tax residence.
Is parking available?
Street parking is free and unrestricted in the area. On request, a paid supervised car park is also available nearby.
Is the neighbourhood safe at night?
Borgo Vecchio is a working-class neighbourhood with a strong presence of permanent residents. At night it’s generally safe and watched over. The home is on a secluded street, away from the busiest areas. As in any historic centre, normal common sense is all that’s needed.
Can the Wi-Fi handle work video calls?
